Job Purpose

As a part of the Special Exhibits Team, the Exhibition Experience Specialist is primarily responsible for guest engagement and program facilitation for the special exhibition A Day in Pompeii. Individual will assist with public programs and other duties as assigned by the exhibit coordination team daily, which can include, theater operation, facilitation of a hands-on interactive demonstration, or exhibit security. Individual must be outgoing and comfortable engaging guests. Incumbent will also be expected to assist in the facilitation of any additional exhibits added to the exhibit calendar during the time frame specified.

Individual works closely with the Featured Exhibition Management Team, and is expected to work effectively and professionally with other museum departments and the general public, maintaining a pleasant and helpful manner. Incumbent will assist staff in the support of the goals set by Cincinnati Museum Center Leadership and the mission statement of Cincinnati Museum Center.

Working Conditions
