Field Trip Reservation Request
Booking:
- All schools are required to make a reservation.
- Use the Field Trip Reservation form below to request a reservation.
- To speak with a reservation specialist please call our Field Trip Hotline at (513) 287-7021.
- If your requested dates, times or programs are already fully booked, then a specialist will contact you for alternate options.
Confirmation:
- Submitting this form DOES NOT confirm your reservation.
- We will contact you within 4 business days of receipt of this form to finalize your request.
- You will receive an e-confirmation with details about your school visit once your field trip is reserved.
Payment & Cancellations:
- Full payment is due upon arrival at Cincinnati Museum Center.
- Cancellations must be made 48 hours (two business days) in advance of your visit to avoid fees.
- Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a 50%-of-total-reservation fee, and not showing up for your scheduled visit may be subject to a 100%-of-total-reservation fee.
- Due to extensive outside costs, Large Capacity Learning Labs require cancellations two weeks in advance without penalty.
- For cancellations due to inclement weather or emergency school closings, please call (513) 287-7021 as soon as possible prior to your visit date and time to leave a cancellation message without penalty.
