Cincinnati Museum Center! Combination packages maximize your educational opportunities during one visit but even a short visit will meet your curriculum needs at very reasonable pricing.
Combination Packages: (2 hours or more) • $7 per person for a MUSEUMS PASS • $7.50 for any one specific museum and an OMNIMAX film • $9.50 per person for a MUSEUMS PASS and an OMNIMAX film • $10.50 per person for Lewis & Clark Meet the Press program and OMNIMAX film combo • $11 per person any one specific museum and the Cincinnati 28 program
Quick Visits: (1 to 1.5 hours) • $4.50 per person for an OMNIMAX film • $5 per person for one specific museum • $6 per person for the Cincinnati 28 program
Enhance Your Visit Add a Learning Lab For just $3.50 per student (15-30/class) or $2.50 per student for Pre-K (10-25/class) you can add a Learning Lab. For larger groups, these titles can accommodate up to 60 students at one time (2 concurrent classes): Welcome to My Home, Coming to America, Native American Lifestyles, Mind Your Money, Westward Expansion, Cave Dwellers and Be a “Rock” Star. For Pre-K up to 50 students (2 concurrent classes): Block by Block, This Little Dinosaur and Will It Float?
Add a Special Exhibit • October 3, 2009 to January 3, 2010, Lost Egypt: Ancient Secrets, Modern Science admission included with MUSEUMS PASS, $5 without museums • November 21, 2009 to January 3, 2009, Holiday Junction, included with admission to the Cincinnati History Museum.
Add Lunch Tables Be sure to schedule a half hour time slot for lunch. School groups are permitted to pack and bring a lunch and need to schedule that time into their visit.
Add a Museum Floor Program The Museum of Natural History & Science, the Cincinnati History Museum and Duke Energy Children’s Museum offer floor programs. These programs are free with group admission to the specific museum and are subject to availability based on group size and staff schedules.
Making the Reservation Call (513) 287-7021 at least two weeks before your desired visit date to schedule your group. But, why wait…it is never too early to call. Our office is staffed Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and the sooner you call, the more likely we can accommodate your group for all the programs you desire on the dates that work best for you! When you call, have the following information ready:
• Contact teachers name, daytime phone number and email address • Your name, phone number and email address (If you are not the contact teacher.) • School address and phone number • Grade level(s) of students • Any student needs or accommodations • Several possible dates • Time of arrival and departure • MAXIMUM number of students and adults including teachers, chaperones and bus drivers (if visiting with group) as it is not always possible to increase counts closer to your visit • Desired activities, including Learning Labs • Lunch plans (Tables are reserved on the half hour and space is limited.)
