Summer is almost here, which means our popular 100 Days of Fun schedule is back!

All of our 100 Days of Fun activities, from the daily programming in our three museums to our special exhibits and OMNIMAX® films, are either free or discounted for Museum Center Members. Fountain Day

Celebrate the coming of summer and countdown as we officially turn on Union Terminal’s iconic fountain at 11 a.m. Friday, May 24, rain or shine! After the event, stick around for a showing of Flight of the Butterflies in the OMNIMAX® Theater or visit any one of our three award-winning museums.

Flight of the Butterflies - Closing Soon!

Our featured OMNIMAX® film, Flight of the Butterflies, is an awe-inspiring tale of extraordinary insect endurance and human perseverance. For the first time ever, witness the transformation from caterpillar to butterfly on our five-story dome and look inside a chrysalis. Discover the amazing journey of the Monarchs as you join hundreds of millions of real butterflies on an inspiring adventure and one scientist's 40-year search to answer the question, where do the monarchs go each fall?

Join our efforts to save the monarchs by planting a butterfly-friendly garden. Take the pledge on our Facebook page, show off your beautiful butterfly garden on Twitter and Instagram using the hashtag #MonarchMania and see the film before it closes June 30!

Ultimate Dinosaurs

Forget about the dinosaurs you know. This is a whole new breed of beast! Opening June 13, we bring you Ultimate Dinosaurs: Giants from Gondwana, a new exhibition featuring recent dinosaur discoveries from the southern hemisphere. On display in the United States for the first time ever, don't miss this extraordinary opportunity to experience dinosaurs you've never seen before, in ways you've never imagined.

Members: Join us from noon-6 p.m. on June 12 for a special Members-only preview day before the exhibit opens to the public! Thanks to our exhibit associate sponsor, Frisch's. As a Museum Center Member, you get discounted tickets to your first visit to the exhibit and unlimited free repeat visits! Get all the details here.

Also opening June 13, don't miss Dinosaurs: Giants of Patagonia in our OMNIMAX® Theater. It's the perfect companion to the exhibit. These massive prehistoric beasts are best viewed on our giant five-story screen!
