What do the light bulb, the telephone, electric toy trains and automobiles have in common? They couldn't be produced without machine tools! Between 1850 and 1900, Cincinnati was the machine tool capital of the world. Find out about this aspect of the Queen City's history. The exhibit includes the 1910 shop—a recreated, working, turn-of-the-century machine shop, machine tool-related artifacts, some of the products that depend on machine tools, blueprints, photos and much more!
