RESPONSIBILITIES: |
50% of job responsibilities:
- *Process incoming development contributions and pledges.
- *Produce acknowledgement packages for gifts and pledges within a timely manner.
- Assist Dir of Major Giving and Mgr of Adv Svcs with general donor correspondence.
- *Make corrections to database as instructed by Mgr of Adv Svcs.
- *Maintain Central Filing system of donors.
25% of job responsibilities:
- *Assist Mgr of Adv Svcs with executing data & mailing requests.
- *Coordinate bulk and first class mailings for the division of Institutional Advancement.
- Supervise volunteer staff working with filing and/or mailings.
25% of job responsibilities:
- *Maintain Outlook calendar and provide general office support for Dir of Major Giving.
- Provide general office support to IGAS department when necessary.
- Coordinate with IA Administrative Assistant on office inventory and ordering supplies.
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: |
Computer experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and familiarity with relational databases, is required. Experience with Raiser’s Edge and Microsoft Access is preferred. Ability to think analytically and follow complex policies and procedures is very important. Willingness to learn, a high level of attention to detail, excellent internal customer service skills and a good attitude are required. High school graduate or equivalent.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: |
Full time position with benefits, Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Occasional weekends and evenings may be required.
