RESPONSIBILITIES: |
Supervises the daily schedule of all Floor Specialists either scheduled to work in the box office or the parking booths. Checks out staff with a balanced cash drawer after each shift. Prints reports at the end of each day and assists staff with ticketing system problems as needed. Needs to be able to check-in school groups, special events and other groups. Assists the Manager on Duty with special events management. Assumes the supervision of the entire floor staff (box office, special events and parking sales) in the absence of the Manager on Duty.

QUALIFICATIONS: |
Candidate must have excellent verbal communication skills, customer service and cashiering experience. Supervisory experience and good technical knowledge ticketing or point of sale systems and box office functions a plus. Candidate must have an outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to perform well in a high-pressure situation and make instant decisions considering both the welfare of the visitor and the organization. Candidate must enjoy working with people and be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and some holidays (except Thanksgiving and Christmas).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: |
Position is part time, 25 - 30 hours/week. Premium wage paid on some Holidays.
