All sessions take place in the Newsreel Theater at Union Terminal and are open to any volunteer or paid staff member that is interested in attending.

Session I

• General overview of Union Terminal and Cincinnati Museum Center

• Tour of Museum of Natural History & Science

Session II

Tuesday, May 9, 1 to 3 p.m.

• Tour of Duke Energy Children's Museum

• Visit the Education Department

Session III

Tuesday, May 16, 1 to 3 p.m.

• Tour of Cincinnati History Museum

• Visit the Cincinnati Historical Society Library

• Hear a presentation about the History Collections

Session IV

Tuesday, May 23, 1 to 3 p.m.

• Customer Service – Visitors deserve our best! 

• Learning Styles

• Safety and Emergency Procedures

• Tour of Geier Collections and Research Building

• Trip to the Edge of Appalachia Preserve in Adams County

• History of Union Terminal and Rotunda Tour
