Day CampsSummer break means learning and fun at Cincinnati Museum Center. Children between the ages of 7 and 12 can immerse themselves in their favorite topic for an entire week. Summer Day Camps run 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. Cost for members is $150; $175 for non-members. Before & After Care are offered for each Day Camp. Before Care begins at 7:30 a.m. and is $5 for members per day, $10 for non-members per day. After Care runs from 3 to 5:30 p.m. and is $10 for members per day, $15 for non-members per day. Sign-up for Before & After Care at the time of day camp registration. Dino Camp Come explore the world of dinosaurs with us! We will focus on the time period from the late Triassic period to the end of the Cretaceous period. We will study the Triceratops, T-rex and many more! This camp also includes a visit to the Dinosaurs Unearthed exhibit! June 15 through 19 Witness To A Crime Get out your thinking cap and jump into the world of forensic science. Take a glimpse at what scientist really do while solving a mystery. June 22 through 26 Harry Potter: A Week at Hogwarts Have you ever wanted to know what it’s like to go to school with Harry, Ron and Hermione? Join us at the Museum Center and find out what house you will be sorted into! July 6 through 10 Harry Potter: A Week at Hogwarts II Get ready for your second term at Hogwarts! Come back and learn more about Harry, Ron and Hermione’s magical world! Note: This camp is open to all. You DO NOT have to participate in week one to partake in this camp. July 13 through 17 From Simple Machines to Robots! Come join us as we explore the first inventors and their machines. In this camp we will follow the evolution of simple machines to robotics. The last few days of this camp will focus on designing your own robots for challenges against the other camper’s robots! July 20 through 24 Space CampDo you have what it takes to be an astronaut? Come join us as we discover if you have the right stuff! This camp’s science based activities will focus on the birth of aviation to space travel! July 27 through 31
