Costumes are encouraged but not required.

Harry Potter II: June 24-28

Science Sleuths Camp: July 8-12 - SOLD OUT
7-9 years old
How does it work? Which floats better? What should we use? Every day, we will take a big project and break it down, step by step. The Science Sleuths camp is focused on investigative, hands-on STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) activities. Build simple machines, erect a city out of foam and launch "birds" from a catapult. So put on your cap and grab your magnifier to help us solve a new mystery every day!

Nano Science Camp: July 8-12
9-12 years old
Calling all future scientists! Explore how nano technology is changing the world with hands-on activities and LITE Lab programs every day this week.  Discover what makes a gecko stick to the wall, learn how sound waves travel through lasers and witness an explosion of Diet Coke!  Don’t miss out on exploring the cutting-edge science, application and properties of the nano-scale.

Cincinnati Art Camp: July 15-19
9-12 years old
Charley Harper, J.R. Roebling, Jim Borgman and Frank Duveneck: What do all of these artists have in common? They are all from Cincinnati!  We’ll talk about how these local artists and visiting artists have impacted our own city.  Spend a week creating works of art both large and small as you "brush up" on techniques including cartooning, architecture, impressionist painting and more. Families won’t want to miss our gallery opening at the end of the week!

Around the World Camp: July 15-19
7-9 years old
Pack your bags and get ready for a cultural journey! Explore Celtic, Asian, African, Middle Eastern and Latin American cultures and the food and games that make them unique. Play the African game mancala, make your own guacamole, learn how to tie Celtic knots, eat hummus, spend time with our Madagascar hissing cockroaches and see Greatest Places in our five-story OMNIMAX® Theater.

In the Field Camp: July 22-26
9-12 years old
Get your hands dirty and travel to multiple offsite locations in Greater Cincinnati to learn the difference between geology, paleontology and archaeology in our first ever travel camp. Meet with a field expert and engage in hands-on activities, participate in an active archaeological dig at the Hahn Site Field School, see how archaeology and paleontology overlap at Big Bone Lick State Park in Kentucky and test your skills as we learn about geology and paleontology while creeking in Fossil Ravine. Build confidence and enthusiasm as you identify common fossils and rocks native to the area. Our bus to adventure is waiting for you! Members $225, non-Members $250.

Create a Character Camp: August 5-9
7-12 years old
Are you interested in pretend play with a historical twist? Sail the ocean blue as Christopher Columbus, lead your troops into Civil War battle like General Grant or show off your grooviest bellbottoms from the '60s. Whatever period you choose from American History is sure to be a winner. Develop a character and enhance your wardrobe, learn tricks of the trade and see what it takes to make history come alive. Don’t miss our stage performance at the end of the week!
