If you prefer, you may call ahead (513) 287-7041, and we will verify your status and have a temporary card waiting for you at Will Call. Who may visit on my membership? Family membership at Cincinnati Museum Center is intended for two named adults and their children/grandchildren ages 17 and under. Dual membership at Cincinnati Museum Center is intended for one named adult and one guest, or two named people. In attempting to best meet the needs of our members, Cincinnati Museum Center offers the following as an alternative. If you have two named adults on your membership and one can’t attend (ex. If you wish for a caregiver to bring your children, then you must be Family Premium Members I just renewed my membership but am going out of town before my cards arrive. Please keep in mind that we are only here during the week until 6 p.m., and not during weekends. Another possibility is to have a temporary card faxed to you, if that is accepted by your destination museum. Who will the cards be sent to if this is a gift of membership? During the busy Holiday Season (November-January), all cards are sent to the person who paid for the membership, the gift giver. The rest of the year either option is available as long as the giver makes their preference known. If no preference is indicated, the cards are sent to the giver.
