Cincinnati Museum Center expands membership benefits beginning July 5
Membership includes discounts to Zoo, Art Museum, COSI and more
CINCINNATI – Cincinnati Museum Center Members will soon have even more ways to enjoy their membership. Starting July 5, Museum Center Members will receive additional benefits at local and regional attractions including the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden, Cincinnati Art Museum and COSI.
The upcoming full structural restoration of Union Terminal will necessitate the temporary closure of the Museum of Natural History & Science and Cincinnati History Museum. Although the Duke Energy Children’s Museum and special exhibits hall will remain open, Cincinnati Museum Center is taking steps to ensure its Members continue to get the same great value from their membership.
“Our Members are vital to Cincinnati Museum Center’s success and we understand that when they purchase a Museum Center membership they are making a financial commitment to us,” says Elizabeth Pierce, president and CEO of Cincinnati Museum Center. “While we will continue to offer incredible experiences inside Union Terminal, we have worked with amazing partners locally and regionally to expand the benefits of our membership during the restoration period.”
Cincinnati Museum Center recently added the new permanent exhibit Inside the Grin to the Duke Energy Children’s Museum, where children and adults can brush up on proper oral health by stepping inside a giant mouth, flossing enormous teeth and playing dentist in a real dentist chair. The exhibit Da Vinci – The Genius, now open in the special exhibits hall, showcases the full scope of Leonardo’s brilliance, including over 70 reproductions of the Italian master’s most innovative inventions and an eye-opening look at the “Mona Lisa” and the many secrets hidden within history’s most famous painting.
