Ticketing System Platform

Request for Proposal for a ticketing system for the Cincinnati Museum Center (CMC) and National Underground Railroad Freedom Center (NURFC) in Cincinnati, OH.

The Cincinnati Museum Center and National Underground Railroad Freedom Center are seeking proposals from vendors to supply a unified solution to process museum admission tickets and membership sales, through multiple sales channels. This system must meet the functional requirements as outlined in the Request for Proposal document to meet the two institutions present and future ticketing needs.

Any inquires, requests for interpretation, technical questions, clarification, or additional information shall be directed to tickets@cincymuseum.org. All questions shall be received no later than 5:00 P.M., EST, November 25, 2022. If required, RFP clarifications can be provided in a scheduled meeting. This meeting will not serve as a product presentation.

Key Dates:

November 25, 2022: Deadline for RFP clarifications
December 5 to 23, 2022: RFP clarifications issued to vendors
December 30, 2023: Deadline for Presentations/Proposals
March 31, 2023: Selection of 2-3 final candidates
June 30, 2023: Applicant selected
July 1, 2023 to July 1, 2024: Implementation

Contract Archivist (6-9 month term)

CMC seeks an independent contractor to help process archival photographic prints and negatives (both nitrate and acetate) from the Betz-Marsh Collection. This collection includes the body of work of Cincinnati-based photographer Sargent (Sarge) J. Marsh. Marsh Photographers, Inc., specialized in commercial and stock photography, including catalogue and print advertising, aerial surveys, motion picture and theatrical works, and business/retail photography. The Contract Archivist will assess and prepare the Betz-Marsh Collection for preservation and user accessibility. Under the management of the CMC’s Curator of Photographs, Prints, and Media, they will work in accordance with CMC’s collections policy and ensures that activity takes place in accordance with legal, ethical, and professional standards. The Contract Archivist will assess individual item conditions, identify proper archival storage needs for collection items, physically rehouse materials, and implement archival systems to ensure the overall accessibility and preservation needs of this unique collection are met using industry standards.

Professional Landscaping Services

Cincinnati Museum Center (CMC), 1301 Western Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45203 invites interested parties to respond to the Request for Proposals for professional landscaping services.

Parties that respond should submit a detailed Statement of Qualifications providing all information described in this announcement. Responses shall be emailed to the two (2) email addresses below with “PROFESSIONAL LANDSCAPING SERVICES” as the Subject. Statements of qualifications must be received by CMC no later than 4:30 PM, September 30, 2022.
