Cincinnati Museum Center is pleased to announce the return of Scout Programs! Starting in January 2019 we’ll be offering programs for Daisies, Brownies, Juniors, Cadettes, Seniors, Wolf Cubs, Bear Cubs, WEBELOS and Boy Scouts.

All programs include private classroom demonstrations, discussions and exploration time in the Museum.

Private Scout Programs

Can't make it to any of the scheduled dates? Private Scout Programs allow you to pick the day and badge for your group. Please have a few dates in mind and please schedule at least three weeks in advance. Each program lasts two hours.

Cost is $250 for up to 20 people. Each additional scout is $12 and each additional adult is $5.

Public Girl Scout Programs

Daisy: Model Car Design Challenge

Get ready to think like an engineer as you build and test your own race car. What forces can make a car propel forward? What forces can cause a car to stop? Use your problem solving skills as you test and tinker with your own car design.

Brownie: Bugs

There is so much to see and learn in the world of insects, arachnids and other bugs! Meet Madagascar hissing cockroaches, examine part of Cincinnati Museum Center’s insect collection, make paper butterflies and explore the inside of a cocoon. Note: this program features live animals.
