Cincinnati Museum Center is teaming up with local mushroom farm The Shroomery to present an evening on shrooms, but the only thing magical about this evening is the eye-opening introduction to the variety and uses of mushrooms. The evening event will feature a menu of small bites, beer and wine and a mushroom-infused cocktail in the museum’s Cr(eat)e Culinary Studio as The Shroomery’s mushroom enthusiast Tina Barger discuss local varieties of mushrooms, their health benefits and how to incorporate them into your diet. You’ll also learn how to properly sear mushrooms in a live demonstration with the museum’s chefs.

Ticket includes light bites, beer and wine, custom cocktail and a gift to take home with you.
