
Member Access Instructions
As of August 1, 2024, we upgraded our Membership and ticketing system. If you purchased a Membership prior to August 1, 2024, you will need to reset your password. Although your original physical Membership card will continue to work, you can request a new digital Membership via email or log into the Member Portal to access your digital Membership. Please reset your password or access your digital Membership by following the steps below.
Resetting your password is simple.
After August 1, 2024, we require a password reset due to a ticketing system upgrade. You can also use this link if you forgot your password.
On this screen (see sample), enter the email address you purchased your Membership with and click on “Send Reset Link.”

How to receive an email of your digital Membership.
If you would like an email of your Membership use the link below.
On this screen (see sample), enter the email address you purchased your Membership with and click “Resend Ticket Email.”

You can also access your Membership account at https://tickets.cincymuseum.org/cincymuseum/events to resend your Membership email.
- Navigate and choose "Membership Login."
- Log in with your email and password.
- Click the Member profile icon.
- Choose My Account,
- Choose "Resend my membership confirmation email" button.


How to log into the Member Portal
Log into the Member Portal by clicking the link below, or clicking on the "Member Portal" button in the top bar next to "Buy Tickets"
On this screen (see sample), enter the email address you used to purchase your Membership and the password you set in above steps.”

How to access your Membership Card
On the Member Portal Home page and clicking on the square button (see sample), or by clicking the link below, will take you to the Membership card page
On this screen (see sample), you can view your Membership information, use your membership to scan into the museums, or click the "Add to wallet..." buttons to add your card to your wallet for your device!


How to view your Guest Passes
On the Member Portal Home Page and by clicking on the square button (see sample), or by clicking the link below, will take you to the Guest Passes page
On this screen (see sample), you can view and scan/share your Guest Passes to bring a guest with you to the museum. These are good for 1 admission, and the number of Guest Passes available are unique to you and your purchased membership, once they have been redeemed you will see no Guest Passes available on this page.
