You can access your digital Membership card anytime via the Member Portal, confirmation email, or log in to your Member account online. Don’t forget to add the digital card to your Apple or Google Wallet!

Guest passes

Your guest passes are in your Member Portal or email confirmation. Redeem your guest passes online using the code on the pass or by calling Member Services (513) 287-7041. Skip the lines and have the tickets emailed before your visit.

How to use your Membership

As a Member, you can bypass the box office when visiting one of our permanent museums. Simply present your Membership card and a photo ID once when entering one of our museums and receive a wristband to use the rest of your visit.

Scan your digital Membership card at the card scanner to enter the lot. You can also scan the QR code from your email confirmation.
