Ignite a love for science and technology by becoming a STEM Girl Today!
Discover authentic and relevant STEM experiences in our free program aimed at children grades 3rd-8th. All participants, regardless of gender, are welcome! Meet women actively working in STEM-related fields, and learn what they do through hands-on presentations and programing!
*Participants that are 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult, who must stay in the room for the duration of the program. Participants that are 13 and older may attend by themselves but may not count as a guardian for younger members.

Join two RAPTOR Inc. educators to learn what it takes to identify these extraordinary avians, how to help them in your everyday life, and what you need to pursue a career with them. Join the Cincinnati Observatory for an exciting, hands-on adventure where we’ll explore the amazing technology that makes space travel possible! From rockets and satellites to telescopes and rovers, you’ll learn how scientists and engineers design tools to study the universe and keep astronauts safe.
Through interactive activities including coding Ozobots to act like space rovers, you’ll see how robotics, coding, and creativity are used in real missions. You’ll also get a chance to try out telescopes and discover how technology here on Earth helps us unlock the mysteries of the night sky.

Using hands-on experiments, maps, and teamwork, you’ll step into the role of a public health hero. Whether you’re solving puzzles, testing prevention strategies, or creating your own awareness campaign, you’ll learn how science and teamwork can stop sickness in its tracks. Join students from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Medicine for a fun day!
