University of Cincinnati Gallery Days in Destination Moon: The Apollo 11 Mission

The Bearcat has landed! Join students from University of Cincinnati in our Destination Moon: The Apollo 11 Mission exhibition during special Gallery Days!

During these informal Gallery Days, you can meet and chat with a UC Student Ambassador as they share their rocket and propulsion research and expertise from their studies of Aerospace Engineering and Engineering Mechanics at the College of Engineering and Applied Science, University of Cincinnati. UC Gallery Days are included with your Destination Moon ticket.

A UC Student Ambassador will be in the exhibition during these days/times (subject to change and adjust without notice to accommodate Student Schedules):

  • From 1 to 5 p.m. on Nov 16, Nov 21, Nov 30, Dec 7
  • From 3 to 5 p.m. on Nov 25, Dec 2

Also, don't miss a chance at one of our mini Hero Bearcats!

UC celebrated their 200th Anniversary this year with life-sized Hero Bearcats around town this past summer. Visit during one of these special UC Gallery Days and you'll have the chance to take home a miniature version of one of their Hero Bearcats designs.

Designed by LKF designs, Lori Harris-Farr, the miniature Bearcat is called "One Giant Pounce for Bearcats Nation" in honor of the 50th Anniversary of the first moon landing. While supplies last.
