Booking

• All groups are required to make a reservation.
• Book as far in advance as possible.

Confirmation

• Submitting this form DOES NOT confirm your reservation.
• You will receive an e-confirmation within 4 business days with details about your virtual field trip once your reservation is confirmed.
• If you do not receive your e-confirmation within 4 business days, please check your spam folder and then contact a reservation specialist at (513) 287-7021.

Policies

• Programs are available for schools, daycare centers, pre-schools, libraries, community centers, church groups, scouts, summer camps and more.
• Confirmation materials are emailed at the time of reservation.
• Customer will receive a time-limited link to the Virtual Field Trip at time of scheduling.
• CMC will provide a unique password for the Virtual Field Trip’s scheduled dates. Passwords are valid for seven days, Sunday to Saturday of the week the Virtual Field Trip is scheduled. Participants have unlimited access to the experience during this period.
• Virtual field trips require access to an internet connection. CMC is not responsible for troubleshooting internet connectivity.
• CMC suggests the use of the following browsers for optimal performance:

    • Internet Explorer (versions 9,10 or 11)
    • Microsoft Edge
    • Chrome 67 (or later)
    • Firefox 60 (or later)
  • Mac OS:
    • Safari 12.1.1 (or later)
    • Chrome 70 (or later)
    • Firefox 60 (or later)
• CMC Virtual Field trips are best experienced on a desktop computer, laptop or tablet. The virtual experience is not suggested for use on mobile phones.

Payment and cancellations

• Payment by credit card, check or purchase order is required two weeks in advance. Programs are subject to reschedule if payment has not been received by that time.
• If you need to make a change or cancel your program, please call (513) 287-7021 at least 48 hours in advance of your program. Failure to cancel your reservation prior to our arrival is subject to a charge of 100% of the total reservation.
• For cancellations due to inclement weather or emergency closings, please call (513) 287-7021 as soon as possible prior to your visit date and time to leave a cancellation message.
