Join us for a community yoga class powered by the Osher Center for Integrative Health at UC designed for everyone – no experience necessary, no perfection required. Whether you've never stepped on a mat or haven't practiced in years, this class is your invitation to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect – with yourself and with the people around you.
Guided by certified yoga instructor and wellness coach Tian Philson, this session blends gentle movement, intentional breathwork, and mindful presence into an experience that meets you exactly where you are. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter.
This is more than a yoga class. It's a moment of stillness in the middle of a busy life and a reminder that wellness belongs to all of us.
What to Bring

Comfortable, breathable clothing is recommended. No special equipment or prior experience needed.

This class is ideal for anyone 16 and older who is ready to:
- Try something new – curious first-timers who have always wanted to explore yoga in a low-pressure, judgment-free setting
- Return to the mat – former practitioners looking for a welcoming re-entry without the pressure of a studio environment
- Simply slow down – anyone feeling the weight of a busy season and craving a moment of stillness and community
- Move at their own pace – all bodies, all fitness levels and all backgrounds are welcome
Modifications will be offered throughout the class to ensure every participant can engage safely and comfortably.
Program Presenters:
Tian Philson is a certified yoga teacher and founder of LSF Wellness, a Cincinnati-based wellness and leadership development practice. She teaches yoga as a gateway to presence, meeting students exactly where they are and guiding them toward stillness, strength, and self-awareness.
Beyond the mat, Tian coaches leaders and organizations through her proprietary VOICCE® framework, supporting individuals in aligning their vision with intentional, values-driven action. Her teaching philosophy is the same whether she's in a boardroom or a yoga class: every person deserves a space to breathe, grow and show up fully.
