Booking

• All groups are required to make a reservation.
• Book as far in advance as possible. Reservations for programs close two weeks out.
• Please use this form to request one program topic at a time.

• If your requested dates, times or programs are already fully booked, then a specialist will contact you for alternate options.

Confirmation

• Submitting this form DOES NOT confirm your reservation.
• You will receive an e-confirmation within 4 business days with details about your group visit once your reservation is confirmed.
• If you do not receive your e-confirmation within 4 business days, please check your spam folder and then contact a reservation specialist at (513) 287-7021.

Policies

• Programs are available for schools, daycare centers, pre-schools, libraries, community centers, church groups, scouts, summer camps and more.
• Available Monday through Friday during business hours and weekends and evenings if staff is available.
• All programs require 15–45 minutes of set-up and take-down.
• Consecutive programs booked on the same day should be scheduled with at least 15 minutes between programs and must be held in the same location.
• Confirmation materials are emailed at the time of reservation.

Policies

• Payment by credit card, check or purchase order is required two weeks in advance. Programs are subject to reschedule if payment has not been received by that time.
• If you need to make a change or cancel your program, please call (513) 287-7021 at least 48 hours in advance of your program. Failure to cancel your reservation prior to our arrival is subject to a charge of 100% of the total reservation.
• For cancellations due to inclement weather or emergency closings, please call (513) 287-7021 as soon as possible prior to your visit date and time to leave a cancellation message.
